My housemate-friend mentioned that her skin has been itching her lately. She and another housemate had some conversation that included considerations such as skin lotions (and there was some ”story telling” included as well). After that conversation I offered that ”there is another dimension that can be considered as well - that is the emotional realm”. Tonight I shifted my attention from a particular unhappiness to a willingness toward greater understanding of another and the result of that ”shift” was a gift!

We all "know" that change is the one constant in life and sometimes knowing that helps when the shift hits the fan! ; ~ )
My bath times are great for inspiration! This last one gifted me with a ”gestalt” of communication themes that I have been developing over the years.

My housemate & freind is an ”eckist” who has been informally teaching me about the eckist perspective on spiritual development. We have had a number of substantial conversations and a few of which I wish were tape recorded!
