Last night, I was trying out an aspirin peel on my arms and hands, and it did something unexpected. After I let it sit for 20 minutes and washed it off, larvae started coming out of my fingers, insides of my lower arms and the palms of my hands like crazy. Seems like it didn’t penetrate the tougher upper arm/hand skin, but did the softer bottom skin. I mixed it with alcohol, so don’t know if that was what ran them out or the aspirin, but it was interesting, to say the least.

I’m sure I have both scabies and strongyloides in my hands. I have multiple swellings (nests), especially between the 2nd and 3rd finger joints on both hands, but of course, the right hand is the worst. I used to be able to rub coconut oil on my hands and sit and watch the white larvae come out of my fingertips and from under and around my fingernails, but I’ve been fighting them so long, it’s a lot better. Still, these nests seem to be invulnerable. Ive done about everything I can think of, to no avail.

I have a ton to do today, so I’ll update later, but I think I’ve knocked down quite a bit of the infestation, because the pains, stings, bites, and such are few and far between now. By the time I take my next round of ABZ, I think I will be just about done with these critters. Of course, strongyloides can’t be cured, but I can knock them down to manageable levels.

Wow! How time flies! I only have 2 more days left of my week off of ABZ, then it’s back to fat, fat and more fat. Eck! That’s the main drawback I’ve found to this diet, but some may not mind all the fat, if you’re used to eating it. If you eat a low-fat, clean diet most of the time, you will definitely have a little problem with all the fatty foods. I’m going to try the salad with oil and vinegar dressing this time around, but can’t do that in the mornings, so I’ll have to work something out for that. Nothing much to report. A few stings, but no larvae to be seen exiting the skin. Most of the pain is in my feet, so I’m going to do a hot borax and ACV foot bath tonight in my Foot-Fixer. Some pain underneath my left upper arm, right along where there is a small subcutaneous cyst, and a couple of white larvae exiting that area that were too big to be stongyloides. A few muscle ”twinges” in my right side, but not painful.

Today was event free. A few stings and itches but nothing else. Still having pain in my right shoulder, but surprisingly, a cyst I’ve had in my breast for years is shrinking. It used to be fluid-filled, but it burst a few years ago, then it was just a hard mass under my skin. Now it’s shrinking. I remember when it burst. My whole breast and the lymph glands in my armpit swelled up and hurt like hell.

Still having shooting pains in my head that definitely are not in my scalp, so the ABZ is doing its work in my brain, I guess. Still have larvae coming out all over, but a lot better than when I first started.

It’s so hard to keep up with this schedule with my crazy busy life. I’m doing the best I can, but I feel like I’m not doing it right. I ate my fatty meal last night and then pulled onto something else and couldn’t take my Albendazole for over an hour. Took it and tried to eat some peanuts for fat, just in case, but honestly, I was stuffed from eating supper still, so I probably didn’t get enough fat with it. Still, taking it is better than not taking it.

I have the stomach pain today again, just like before I had to stop for a day. I’m assuming the Albendazole is causing it because it isn’t listed as a side effect of Ivermectin, which I started back taking last night. This is my last day of ABZ before the 7-day break, so I’ll definitely find out then if that is what is causing it.

I have not taken my Ivermectin for 4 days, because I wanted to get back on track after a break from Albendazole. Much of the stinging and itching has stopped, and the squiggling seems to have stopped in my eye. I have not had pains in my sinuses in the last couple of days either.
I do have a nagging, dry cough, which I am not sure is caused by the meds, because I have a lot of pollen allergies, and it is spring here in S. Florida.

I am feeling 95% better after laying off the meds for a day. Started back this morning taking the Albendazole, and about to take my evening dose of Ivermectin.
Tiny white things still coming out all over, some leave holes, some don’t. Little patches of skin are flaking off. The back of my neck and upper shoulders seem to be a hot spot as does my scalp. My ankles and wrists are tossing out a few of their occupants today as well.

It’s around 8 p.m. at night that the parasites start exiting my body in droves through my skin. The main places that I feel it are on my trunk, my fingers/hands and the soles of my feet. My foot soles start burning. A lot of larvae are coming out of my fingers and the back of my neck and shoulders. I feel the stinging, and there they are, usually hard little sand-like white bits. Another large one came out of my elbow today, left quite a nice horizontal slash. The ones who do that are too large to be strongyloides, and I’m not sure what they might be.

Well, the die-off finally kicked in. I’m really in a lot of pain. My gut is very sore and I just hurt all over. Strongyloides and things that look like tiny round white pieces of paper are coming out all over my body.
I did not take either drug last night, and I won’t take any today, which means I have to redo my schedule, since these are Ivermectin days. I could not sleep, so I got up at 3 a.m. and took some Aleve and drank laxative tea. I’m going to eat soft food and drink Master Cleanse lemonade today all day.

I am in severe pain right now. I think it may be from the Albendazole, because one of the side effects is abdominal pain. I’ve had something like this pain before, but only on one side. It’s on both sides, right at the bottom of my gut in a very small area on each side. It hurts every time I try to sit up straight or bend over. It feels like I’m passing kidney stones, but if I am, it’s one on each side in the exact same place, which I doubt is happening. Day 17 of ICU's strongyloides albendazole and ivermectin protocol.
It’s an off Ivermectin day. Took my two doses of Albendazole with coconut milk, but I’ll be laying off the coconut milk in the future, because the oil in it is giving me diarrhea. Not bad for a few days. Just cleaned me out really well.
Nothing else remarkable. A little pinching/biting in my upper abdomen where I imagine my liver is. It’s only in one space, and yesterday, there was one tiny spot where it felt like pins pricking me if I pushed on it. Nothing spectacular to report. I’ve stopped digging through my poop, because a) it disgusts me and b) there is seemingly nothing to see. If I have huge tapeworm or ascaris, you’d think I’d see them by now, but since I haven’t, I’m going to assume they are gone, or too strong to be killed with this protocol.
The fatty food is making me very sick, plus I’m trying to lose weight, so I’m going to take the ABZ with only Coconut milk from now on and go back to my regular diet. I don’t know what happened to the original post. It has somehow disappeared. I’m sure there is no way to get it back, but I wish I knew WHY it disappeared. Some mod may have taken it down, but I can’t remember what was in it, so I can’t imagine why.
