Strange sensations, spasms, pain, numbness from hookworms in lymph and veins
Trip to the e.r. early in the morning after a night of left leg pain that seemed to travel from behind my knee up to my buttock and could be felt all the way down to my foot...the pain was constant but fluctuated in severity. Been a busy last 5 days..just researching
tying together some things that were before thought unrelated...

no detox due to family emergency

Well, results at last! I did 3 enemas and lo and behold..flukes and thin worms from 1/3 of an inch long or shorter...
Let me explain my enema technique ...
I take the shower head off the hose...get water right temp and right flow...(yes, right in the shower) and insert the tube into rectum...and run to the toilet and expel
3 is the usual number as the first doesn’t take much to cause urge..
the second takes a little more time to get there as it reaches higher into the colon
the results are darker each time...
the last usually brings out a huge amount of mucous ...

I can’t wait to not worry that legs and arms are covered..to not feel eyes on my in wonder, but in appreciation for what they see there...
I’ve stopped asking ”why me?” for I would rather it be me than any of my children or family...
This ”disorder” has made me bitter and angry...I really hate that it has changed the core of who I am, but I think I have hidden that more fun loving and light hearted side of me away somewhere ...like Anne Frank...fed her on bits of sunshine and love when no others could see...

garlic cleanse day 4
I took a break from the garlic cleanse during the day due to the fatigue and nausea it tends to bring on..so I will be taking it shortly before I go to bed..eating 3 cloves instead of 2. I did start back on the vitamin C supplements ..took 3,000 mg today. Last time I took it stuff was coming out of my skin like crazy but I went into vitamin C toxicity after about 4 or 5 days of 2,000 mg three times daily. I was excited with the results though.
On poo patrol..I have seen really nothing to write home about..but I remain optimistic.

day 3 garlic cleanse
End of day 3 garlic cleanse...eating two cloves of raw garlic a day...results have been (from what I can see anyways) mucus and regular stool...I think I’ll be adding another clove of garlic to the mix tomorrow and possibly starting one or two other herbs to the mix in the next couple of days. I feel confident I am on the right track. No nausea at all today, and most of the fatigue was gone as well..was able to work in the yard for a couple hours pulling weeds while listening to very loud music on my ipod. Getting ready to eat my 2 cloves of raw garlic..kind of nervous from the nausea and being sooo tired about an hour after I took it yesterday. Wounds on arms, legs, and trunk are starting to heal after months of no real progress...

Two years of pain, sleepless nights, questions like ”what’s wrong with you” or ”is that contagious”..family members or friends rolling eyes and changing the subject as you try and discuss what is eating you alive (literally)
Suicide is not an option, but has been given a great deal of thought lol. Doctors less than helpful..believe me I’ve seen many over the years...
