poor circulatory lymphatic system can lead to candida, which can lead to parasites..so if you are having trouble with ridding yourself completely of candida...you may want to consider making sure your lymphatic system is doing it's job..there are several cheap ways to help your lymphatic system work better including:
jumping for 20 minutes daily on a good rebounder
dry skin massage with a brush always going in the direction of your heart
increasing your water intake..the formula to figure out h2o intake is 1/2 your body weight...so say if you weigh 200 lbs it would be 100 lbs, then use the 100 and make it ounces instead of pounds..so 100 ounces of water a day.which is about 3-2 liters of water daily..(I for one am not a big water drinker, but I shall have to force myself to do it as all the toxins and crap have to come out somehow :P)
