End of day 3 garlic cleanse...eating two cloves of raw garlic a day...results have been (from what I can see anyways) mucus and regular stool...I think I'll be adding another clove of garlic to the mix tomorrow and possibly starting one or two other herbs to the mix in the next couple of days. I feel confident I am on the right track. No nausea at all today, and most of the fatigue was gone as well..was able to work in the yard for a couple hours pulling weeds while listening to very loud music on my ipod. This parasite business has got me squeamish of bugs in a way I have never been before...they pretty much seemed to leave me alone..must be all the garlic in my system LOL.
If anyone reading this has anything I should add..that has worked for them, am open to ideas. I have read that once you get one kind of parasite, you draw others to you, no matter how clean you are..they put off pheromones ..and draw others, so who knows what all I am playing host to, the little vampires! Just want to get rid of all I can before I lose my mind lol
