So I have my periods, very heavy, they arrived 5 days early,which never happens, I’m regular as a clock.
the good news is, it’s heavy,which I assume is good at eliminating...
Weight is 133.2, so I’m over 17 pounds lighter in 2 weeks of fasting.
I have 6 days left, and I will be at day 21 as schedued.
My tummy is tender, and or the first time in 5 years last night I actually slept on my tummy without feeling incredible pain- just a little which I hope is a good sign.

Today is day 12, wenesday Jan 12. I’ve been feeling pain in my midsection since yesterday and I’m very tired, I guess something must be happening there. Something else ,I cried for hours, which was very odd,the tears started suddenly, it felt like my body needed it, as some sort of release, I can’t explain it, because I’m usually not a crier at all.
I am mid mark, so I am definitely proud of myself, I haven’t wavered.

water fast
Ok, So as you can see I am on day 6!
I sarted monday january 2nd! just for the new year, and the goal here is to get rid of the fibroid once and for all.
This is my 3rd long water fast . 1st one was 16 days ( see previous blog) and I did another for 10 days, and I had a few 1-2 days one in between, but once agn, my travelling lifestyle got in the way, and I didn’t get th result.
