day four almost over 14 y
day four of water fast, progress
Weight this morning after work was 160.8, so still a steady loss. Days 3 and 4 were the easiest days so far; I think my body has acclimated well. I didn’t feel like I had a lack of energy so the plan is to take the dog to the mountains this evening for a short hike. This weekend being a holiday and having extra time off work may be a challenge, so I think I will just have to be conscious of what environments I put myself in to avoid temptation. Now I am just hoping the remainder of my fast goes just about how the last day or so has been.... we will see!! visit the page

Almost four years ago I was in a very serious car accident, that broke 16 bones and required about an 8 month recovery until I fe ... read more
