I have been wanting to reset my body addiction to carbs for a few weeks but can’t seem to stay away from carbs. So I decided to do a spiritual and physical fast. That way I am not just phyically motivated, but spiritually as well. My goals spiritually are to grow closer to God and pray for people I have on my heart, my goals physically are to fast at least 3-5 days with only protein shakes and then from carbs.
