Well, I started my fast today. I am doing pretty good so far. It was hard being at the grocery store to get groceries for the family, but having the spiritual element of my fast really helped. I actually have not had any protein shake today. I have just had herbal teas and water. I am probably going to do the ionic foot bath tonight and enema tomorrow morning. I also quit coffee this morning and I am surprised I don't have a major headache yet. Blogging is a good way to stay accountable...
