well, I didn't last long. Yesterday I just did herbal teas. Last night I did enemas and ionic foot bath. That must have depleted me too much because this morning I was too weak to even get out of bed. I tried drinking my protein shake, but I was still weak. So I gave in and ate breakfast. I guess next time I better start off drinking the protein shakes. So I guess I will go ahead and start my carb cylcing. That means only carbs in the mornings except a two days a week like WEd and Sun. I'm down to 140. We will see if I can keep going...
