Hi. I have come to the decision to do a water fast. I started to look back at how I stayed thin when I was younger and realized that even back then I had to fast to keep weight off. I had problems with candida when I was pregnant all 3 times; therefore, I am assuming that quite possibly I have a buildup of candida that could be preventing weight loss. I have tried weight watchers, jenny craig, weighless, etc. etc. .... nothing has worked .... and I was working out six days a week!
