Day Three of Water Fast
Today’s weight is 194.7 so another pound lost today. Holy crap do I like food! I’m realizing just how much as I think about eating...well...everything. Soup, spaghetti, steak, chicken, cake, the list is endless. The weight loss is definitely noticeable to me. Especially in the stomach, and I’ve noticed the bags under my eyes have decreased but I am pretty tired. The hunger is gone, but the psychological temptation is intense. My current weight is 195.7 which is a drastic loss since beginning the fast. I think this had a lot to do with the fact that I had started it only 2 days after a previous failed fast that lasted 4 days. The weight came back quickly, but it went away quickly again. These last two days have not been difficult at all surprisingly. I have been taking appetite suppressents though and they have definitely helped. Day one of water fast
Friday night at 8pm EST was my last meal. I have no idea how long this fast will last. I will leave it up to my body to tell me when it’s healed and ready for food again. I began with a starting weight of 202.2 and a goal weight of 135. I should stress that goal weight is not likely to be achieved through fasting alone, but that is my perfect weight and I will continue to strive for it even after the fast has ended.
