Blog Description My husband and I are on day 6 of our first master cleanse. Although it is not one of lifes easiest experiences, we are determined and deticated to following through with knowledge that this will help us to gain greater health and well being. I have been dealing pretty well, with a few ups and downs but generally getting along ok. My husband, however, is struggling a great deal. He has not been able to complete the salt water flush so he just does the tea. His greatest complaint now is a feeling of weakness, nausea and an inability to sleep for more than four hours a night. Anyone can relate to this?
