Blog Description I have got to get focused and back on track in 2007. I totally fell off the wagon the last half of December. I was sooo good about being raw and cleansing. But hey, it is ok to start over. Right? Went to a Buddist New Year's Eve Celebration and "torched" my defilements. It is a New Year. I am going to do it...be raw, cleanse, be a great wife, great mom, great to everyone and great to myself...and hopefully, good energy will be around us and we will be blessed with a healthy and happy new baby...assuming I am lucky enough to get pregnant. Wishing you blessings, peace and happiness in the upcoming year and beyond!

About 2 1/2 years ago, I did a detox program and became 95% raw. I did the exclusively for about a year and a half. I am still vegan, but have gone back to cooked foods...I gained about 20 lbs and I want to go back to where I was when I was raw, I was energetic, calm, focused and looked better than I do now. But with certain changes in my life, 'convenience' and temptation got back to me. It is time to go back to being a raw foodie devotee. Doing the lemon cleanse… more...
