Blog Description This is the first day of the rest of my life. I am motivated to transform the way I see myself, to transform any sick forms of thoughts I think, as well as sick actions, and create a healthier transformed me! I intend to release about 7-10lbs and feel great in my body for the beginning of this new summer season and increase my income to 100,000 per year at least.
