Blog Description I will be doing a water fast mainly because my lymph nodes are once again swollen (happens a few time a year). I have checked it out with my family doctor and he said that it's nothing serious and suggested a cream to ease the speed the healing and ease discomfort. I never take these and always ride it out. Anyways, I have been reading great things about water fasting (results not process =( ). I will try it out for 3 days where I will drinking nothing but distilled water. Also, I will be taking an enema every morning (salt water solution). I really want to do it for at least 5 days but I have a wedding anniversary to go to on May 1st and I want to give myself at least 2 days to get off the fast. Hopefully I will feel better and hopefully will lose a little weight and maybe get rid of my caffeine dependence. Wish me luck! =)
