was so disappointed last night because I broke my fast around dinner time my whole family decided to have dinner together and since it's a pretty rare thing I decided to join the social event =). Anyways, I successfully completed day one of my fast today and as far as symptoms go - similar to day 1. Right now I have a headache and had a headache earlier too probably because of the caffeine withdrawal (but was worse yesterday because I didn't have coffee or tea yesterday either)

So wish me luck on day 2! I will be watching 2 kids and a baby so hopefully that will help me pass the time.
