Well, my flush turned up 4 VERY Large and bright green stones! These are the largest I've ever had, all about an inch long and 1/2 inch in width! surrounded by some crumbly stuff. Raw for 12 days now and it is awesome! I don't know if the good flush was from the cleanse or the raw, but it was a good thing I'm sure! I think they all recently formed because I hadn't had any discomfort for a long time and then after being raw for about 2 weeks it started. I must say, raw delivers in the looks department!

One thing on raw, no mixxy grain with veggies or nuts with fruit--there is something out there called food combining that of course I totally ignored and blocked out, but mono-eating is comfort eating on the raw diet, just as a tip if you ever try it!

Or want to avoid some serious bloating. But sometimes bloating is worth it! :0

I had laser treatment on meridians to relieve stress. It is an amazing thing and releases lots of endorphins, and, I think another personality that is really happy and outgoing!

What can be done about the jealousy and the jealous negative energy from others? Any ideas? My newfound confidence and health and better looks and slimmer body are really causing people to pick on me and say some pretty catty things I'd like them to stop it...any suggestions on how to get that yucky energy to back off and quickly? During my shamanic cleansing they told me I attract dark energy. Is there ssome meditation or something that could correct that? I don't really wanna deal with it anymore you know what I mean? I don't want to even be near it!
