I just wanted to tell you that you arn't alone! I too have an emotionally distant husband and feel very lonely for friends. I don't have any close friends and the people I used to work with shut me out after I quit to be home with my kids.It would take a gunshot to my head for my husband to wake up it seems! Not really but I know that since I began to stay at home with my children, I feel a sense of worthlessness. Does that make sense??? I know part of it is due to the fact that I rarely feel good and my house is usually a wreck. Since I feel ashamed of myself, I find I am emotionally distant from my family too. It took a long time to realize it, but I push my husband away. He got so tired of it, that he just quit trying. I am certainly not saying that this is what you are doing, it's just what is happening in my life. I'm working on a juice fast and today is my first day. I wish you luck and don't hesitate to mail me!
