I think the late morning tea is doing more than the night one. Once I start to feel it kicking in, I try to take a couple of minutes to run (around my office building) or jump rope (in the warehouse) or do some squats and lunges. That may be helping the effects. Breathing is also a focus at that time each afternoon. I'm not sure if the tea or the bouncing around is helping but I'm sticking with it. I'm trying my best to drink tons of water as well (in case the 2nd tea is drying me out). I'll keep you posted.
Are you using the Oxy-Powder yet? I would love to know if it helps. Too bad this is your first MC because it would be great to have a baseline to judge it against. I wonder if it's worth purchasing some since I'm almost half way through. It would be disappointing not to get it in time to make a difference. What do you think?
