I think you are right on the money about Bowen going against the meridians...maybe sort of "twanging" them like a guitar string so that they have a chance to re-align and resonate with the vibration of perfect health. And maybe twanging shakes off all the negative energy crud that builds up on the meridians and makes them resonate at a less than perfect vibration. This is fascinating.

I also just wanted to respond again because I saw you were doing EFT also! I just did the polarity exercise this morning because I woke up in more pain than I have had in months. It helped immediately. And that was just the "sore spot" polarity thingy! I didn't even do the EFT thing yet.

I will keep you posted on my Bowen stuff for sure. Please keep up the great posts - I am really enjoying reading your expereinces.
