I have not tried bowen but all the people I've talked to who have speak of it as if it made them feel like a kid again (once it had taken its course).

According to the bowencanada.com, it's not generally advisable to schedule a body work appointment after a bowen session because when such therapy is "used within a week of a Bowen Therapy treatment, will usually counteract the Bowen’s action."

The one thing I didn't get from you that a lot of the people I talked to bowen about mentioned, is the overwhelming sense of relaxation comes a few days after the treatment and is apparently the result of homoestasis at the cellular level.
