I have fasted 2 times in the past on water. Both for 10 days. The second time around I quit because of bad heartburn, which I never read about in the books and data I researched so it scared me. I have already had 3 organs removed, and my weighed always came back with extra. To top it off I have issues with my thyroid, and when younger and dumber I allowed the doctors to dissolve most of that gland with Iodine 131
( which is radio active) My physical ailments seem endless.

I have suffered from sciatica which has not been so bad since the last 2 fasts in the past, so the fasts were not in vain.

I have just began a water fast again, for health reasons, again. I have done much more reading, and continue to search out for precious nuggets of wisdom. I am currently on the end of day 8 and still have no desire to eat, so I will push on. Ideally, I would like to fast till completion because my body is so badly damaged from years of abuse.
