My main problem with stuff like this is its really different for everyone. Ive been a lot healthier since I became a vegetarian. I really became a vegetarian for spiritual reasons..but thats another thing, everyones spirituality is different. For me, its spiritually/energetically {whatever you want to call it} unhealthy and wrong to eat meat. I cant speak for anyone else, their karma is their own to figure out. I just dont like stuff that discourages people away from vegetarianism simply because if anything, its the less wasteful choice {the meat industry is incredibly wasteful} and may be the healthier choice for them. Then again, anyone who is truly passionate about it wouldnt care about an article like this lol. Anyway done rambling now. :-)
