The SWF went well this morning. I used a different salt than what I had been using. It is a very fine Celtic gray sea salt from France. It felt like it worked the way it was supposed to, and I didn't have to wait forever for it to work. Now I'm thinking that perhaps I was using too little salt before, because the salt that I bought and used on the first 2 days is very coarse, so maybe when I measure 2 tsp., it's not REALLY 2 tsp. I'll measure a little on the heavy side tomorrow and hopefully that will do the trick.
I'm feeling much better today, the headache is gone. Still feel like I could use a lot more sleep though! I'm doing well with keeping hydrated, drinking more than half of my body weight in oz. That amount just doesn't seem like enough for me, because I still feel thirsty. I just give my body as much as it wants. =)
