You are right in thinking it is best to
begin a cleanse on a weekend. The first
3-5 days can be the roughest but once
you get past those it is much better.
Day 2 is often the hardest, as your guts
empty of its contents. This too shall
pass though.

I second Seunim's advice to keep well
hydrated with water and lemonade. You
can do a cayenne chaser, by mixing your
cayenne in a little lemonade, drinking
it down and then chase it with your
unpeppered lemonade. If you keep it the
same, you will find your body begins to
crave the pepper, it is soooo healing.
