Blog: Determination! Raw...Cleanse...Health...Mind!
| Ok...here it is, day 2. When I first got up, I was blacking out...actually, it happens quite often when I do fast. (Anyone get that too?) My son is on mid-term break and he is driving me nuts! Too much energy for a 5 year old! Ok, my patience is down to nothing ;). I am starting to get cold again...grrrr and brrr. I know, if I can just get to Thursday, I can make this 10 day fast. Right now, I want to do the transistion and then another 10 day and then a liver flush. This site is so motivating and inspiring. (Also, much cheaper than joining my $200 detox class, plus I can at least find more experienced people here instead of newbies!) I may 'cheat' and have some veggie broth coz I am FREEEZZZINNNNGGGG!) We will see....only 12 more hours until I can go to bed....

the veggie broth i think is a great idea, put some nice hot cayenne in it to really warm your system, it works! the best is Dr. schulze cayenne tincture - wow! that stuff rocks. good luck, keep going.

Yes, as Finally Faith said, Cayenne pepper will do wonders heating you up inside out. I live in southwest Florida and have frozen my Brass Ovaries off on this 30 day juice fast (I am on Day 30 today!)because my body is not burning food. So, cayenne pepper in my hot lemon tea works wonders!
You're doing great. In a few more days, hopefully, after your digestive system shuts down, you'll be on home stretch.

Hey Sweety, Good to have you on board. You will do just fine. Time will fly and you will be where you want to be in no time. Don't let my blubbering on my blog discourage you. I just have to get out what my feelings are in the moment. It helps the process along, and as we all know this journey aint always easy.
