Hi, I want to do an ozone sauna at home. I bought a sauna tent from amazon that is not rated for ozone and I am a bit concerned about ozone breaking down the chemicals that it is made of and off-gassing chemicals into my home. I don’t know if this is really something to be concerned about or not though. I am interested in a material that I could line the inside of the sauna tent with so that there is an ozone resistant barrier between the tent and the ozone inside when I’m doing treatments. I hope someone can give me some insight , doesn’t look good on here anymore. Rectal Ozone insufflation caused dull pain in chest. So I still have some pain months later after doing a few minutes of direct rectal ozone insufflation. I did feel pressure ( like the gas had filled up everywhere ) and now I have this pain , it sometimes is more noticeable then other times. Sometimes when trying to sleep it aches. thats probably right. i have no experience with that because i spent a decade detoxing. the only thing i have had a hint of lately was mercry and that was because ii was stupid enough to eat some tuna a couple of times. plus, i have been supplementing the missing minerals. more than blood type, i think the problem is always being poisoned and deficient. that acconts for the great variety of symptoms and difficulty - mixing and matching different degrees of toxins and deficiencies. just my opinion.   [End]

Read the post and comments on ”The Ozone Group” on facebook, people have severe die off / herxeimer, one lady’s die off was so bad she was saying she may have to go to the ER. its a sauna and massage place. getting relief in a flare up is not curing the problem. the systemic treatments are best. but saunas get ozone into the lymph and do things that injections and insulfations and tenpass dont. im not an expert in lyme. i dont know that ozone has ”cured” it. if antibiotics can then i dont see why not.   [End]

where do people get this stuff? imaginations run wild. C60 is like a round diamond. it is almost indestructible. it is not combining with jack anything. its action in the body is a mystery. it appears to reduce inflammation by neutralizing free radicals. it is not scavenging all the oxygen in the body. i take C60 and have done rectal insulfation of ozone, drank ozonated water and breathed ozonites formed by bubbling ozone through olive oil. if anything, it improves oxygen utilization as does ozone therapy. i dont see the problem.   [End]

I was reading a comment on a youtube video saying that you can’t do ozone and C60 at the same time, do you know anything about it? Clint Richardson 4 months ago This is what I gather at minimum about using these therapies at the same time. C60 is an antioxidant therapy. Ozone is an oxidant therapy so they negate at best. C60 when combined with ozone will form C60O3 which degrades to C60O2 or carbon dioxide which degrades to C60O or cabon monoxide. So after careful thought I believe you are correct.   [End]
