I wanted to share some new information that I have learned. Also, if you are new to healing fibroids naturally, check out my last post under curezone BSA link. Drink green smoothies everyday to stop heavy bleeding. My last period was 50% normal and a joy to experience.

I just blend lettuce and another green like kale, dandelion .... with water and drink, yummmm . I am use to drinking raw greens so the taste does not bother me. Check out the bottom of this page for additional information about green smoothies.

Also, I love my green smoothies more savory than fruity, so when I want something more fancy I use a recipe from Rhio Uncook book called Creamed Spinach or I make up my own. I found the recipe below on www.rawfoodtalk.com and it is very very similar to the Rhio recipe.

Note: I usually leave out the pine nuts and cut down on the avocado, I use celtic sea salt instead of Nama Shoyu, still taste great. (SOY feed fibroids and make them grow)

Creamed Spinach

1 bunch spinach [approx 4-5 cups]
1 med tomato, quartered,
1/2 med onion
1/4 c fresh dill -[I only use 1/8 c]
1 avocado
1 cup soaked pine nuts
1/2 lime, juices [I used the whole thing]
1 tbs Nama Shoyu

I added cayenne powder and 1/2 garlic clove

Put all ingredients into a food processor and, using the 's' blade, process until smooth.

Serves 4 - can keep for 2 days

From the amazing feedback we have been receiving lately, it appears that molasses can cure cancerous tumors, fibroid tumors, anxiety, constipation, edema, heart palpitations, anemia, arthritic pain, joint pain, and acne. How it works: Molasses contains loads of minerals and is a good source of iron.
Suggested Amounts: 1 Tablespoon of Black Strap Molasses, first thing in the morning.

1/2/2007: Nuria from Madrid, Spain writes, "About a month ago I was diagnosed with a 6 cm Fibroid tumor in my uterus. At that point I was having very heavy periods that will last over a week with a lot of pain and passing very big blood clots. I also suffered from back pain due to the fibroid and had problems peeing as the fibroid was pressing my bladder. After I was diagnosed, I started to look for natural cures on the internet and I found your website and after reading about all the remedies I started to take molasses three times a day ( 1 tablespoon). The first thing I noticed was that my period lasted only four to five days and I have to say I was a little afraid because my blood flow was abnormally light and I did not have not even a blood clot. Also, when I started to have horrible pain I took 4 tablespoons on one go as another reader suggested and after about 40 minutes the pain totally disappeared!!! Today I went to the doctor and they did a ultrasound scan and said the fibroid is gone!!! By the way, I did not use blackstrap molasses but the normal molasses which is sweeter. 2/4/2006: Sharon from Sonora, California writes us, "I am 65 today but when I was in my mid 40's, I was told by my doctor that I needed a hysterectomy because of excessive bleeding and fibroid tumors. I also had been literally crunching ice cubes from the tray in the ice box for quite sometime. A wonder they didn't break every tooth in my head plus it was driving everybody around me crazy. Here are more ideas for your green creations. Some of my favorite greens to add to green smoothies: parsley, spinach, celery, kale and romaine. My favorite fruits for green smoothies are: pears, peaches, nectarines, bananas, mangoes and apples. Strawberries and raspberries taste superb in green smoothies, when combined with ripe bananas.

Delicious combinations.

Mango-parsley= 2 large mangos, 1 bunch parsley, Water

Strawberry-banana- romaine= 1-cup strawberries ,2 bananas ,1/2 bunch romaine, Water

Pear-kale-mint= 4 ripe pears, 4-5 leaves of kale, 1/2 bunch of mint, Water

Peach-spinach= 6 peaches, 2 handfuls of spinach leaves, Water

Apple-kale-lemon= 4 apples, ½ lemon juice ,4-5 leaves of kale, Water

Finger banana-spinach= 10 finger-bananas, 2 handfuls of spinach leaves, Water
Mango-weeds= 2 mangos, 1 handful of lambs quarters, stinging nettles, purslane & etc, Water

Kiwi-banana-celery= 4 very ripe kiwis, 1 ripe banana ,3 stalks of celery, Water

Bosc pear-raspberry-kale= 3 Bosc pears, 1 handful of raspberries, 4-5 leaves of kale, Water
