Thanks for your ideas.

I am limited on my diet because of my
allergies and my candida.

I am very good and do not eat
any dairy, sweets, grains, or fruit.

I am on a cave man diet and am improving.
I went from a candida score of 308 in October
2001 to a current score of 188 in aug 2002.

This is huge.

over 275 is extreme condition of candida
225-275 is severe
151-225 is serious
75-150 moderate

I will never have a score of less than 124 because
124 is my score for just the history questions
and one can't change the past.

I acomplished this with diet alone, since me and
suppliments don't get along.

I guess I have to be able to eat more before I
can attempt the flush again. I just am so
impatient and want to have 1 successful flush.
I have had 1 questionablefluch in Oct 2001
(lots of round balls that sunk - filled with
white gravel, and one totally unsuccessful
flush in Dec 2001.

The first one I took the gallstone crushing herbs
and the second time I did not.

I am not all that allergic to the lemons and
olive oil and one evening of it probably won't
feed my candida (the juice) too much. It was the
apple juice I used for the 6 weeks of the colon
cleanse and the 2 days staight of the apple juice
fast for the galbladder cleasne that aggraveted
my candida to the point I was always dizzy and
kept having car accidents because I was always
confused.

I don't drive now when I feel tired or spacey.
I also have MCS so don't go anywhere except
the chiropractor and the health food store.
I think I am going to return the candex,
it is not helping and I am probably
allergic anyway. They have a money back
guarantee.

I have read the candia will only return if
the underlying is not fixed. Mine is leaky
gut, probably caused by poorly digested food,
Antibiotics , mercury fillings, sad
(standard american diet) in the past,
lack of exercise and sunshine and clean water,
and lots of pain meds as a kid. I am trying
to address all of these things.

My Gallstones might be playing a roll in
this as well.

If I ever get to the flush, I'll let you know.
