I'll be glad to have you join me:) So this is my first day as well (27th) In the morning I had a lot of energy so I exercised for 2 hours. I drank a lot of water the whole day, feeling ok so far. Now it's 7:30 pm so I'm starting to feel the mental hunger pangs. But i'm telling myself to forget it. I decided not to weight myself till i'm finished fasting because I'm scared the results will discourage me.
I hope the fast helps kick your caffein addiciton. I also have a Sugar addiciton. I have such a sweet tooth. So I hope to eat more healthy after this whole experience.
