i REALLY want to start a fast as well. It is now the 27th...i had some coffee this morning..so i think it will be water for me the rest of the day! I am looking to kick a few habbits..as well as lose about 15 to 20 lbs. Most importantly..i was to get rid of my caffein addiction and sugar! next on my list is weight loss, i feel so much better eating naturaly...i think a ten day fast is JUST what i need! i have done alot of reading and am now ready, care if i join!??
