Hi there!

Well...I think you're on to something!

The liver has MUCH to do with menstruation and regulation of hormones - if you clean it up I bet you will be cramp free permanently!

I, and others, have noticed that our periods just seem to sneak up on us without ANY symptoms at all!! It's crazy! I'm sure the 4 Liver Flushes I've done have TOTALLY helped that. I've also done 2 Master Cleanses and a fair amount of bowel cleansing with B&P's. It's amazing!
