funny thing - i got my period this morning after flushing last nite too! altho i did have bad cramps and i never do otherwise?!
it's all good tho, i got some pretty crazy huge stones out finally! a few more flushes for you and they will start to come out - i got some gritty stuff out in the beginning too. and you may want to investigate closer - you'd be surprised what is burried in the bm. i found one that was alomst and inch in length!
