The reason Dr. Clark says to use Epsom Salts is because it dilates the bile ducts and that is very important.

Now, I know some people do NOT use Epsom Salts and have gotten good results. I do not know anyone who has used prune juice.

If I were you, I would stick to the Epsom Salts .

But, regardless of what you decide, just flush! Ha
