I have had relief from gallstone pain by drinking magnesium citrate (the liquid that comes in a bottle that you use as a laxative). So perhaps it might dilate the ducts enough to allow passage of stones. My bottle says 1.7 g mag citrate per ounce, so drinking 10 ounces in like taking 17 grams of magnesium citrate, which seems like ALOT. You might experiment by drinking 5 oz. of the mag citrate for each dose of Epsom Salts . I was going to try this, but I chickened out and went ahead and took some Epsom Salts , but I would be VERY interested in hearing whether you had success with this.
