I think I missed something

what exactly does the Epsom Salts do?I'm searching for it on the site and can't seem to find the reason. I've decided to do the apple/liver gallbladder flush this weekend since my ultrasound is Monday. I have what I need for a bowel/ parasite flush but after eating a fairly light meal that was still to heavy for me and being up half the night...I think I should do this. I'm assuming that there have been others who have done the apple cleanse without doing teh bowel and parasite cleanse first?
