3 years ago i did the apple juice cleanse. before i did it however, i did what was call a healthy feast not fast for 6 days. 1/2 lg fresh fruit 5 tablespoons cottage cheese. drink all fruit juice before lunch. lunch have a salad with 8 tablespoon of different vegetables. with a slice good grain bread. drink 2 cups of a vegetable broth i made myself.
veg broth- beets, carrots, kale, celery, and onions simmer on toip of stove for 2 hours.
supper steam vegetabels 2 or 3. slice of bread. 2 cups of veg broth
bowl of fresh fruit with cream pour over it. i usually pass the cream.
i was never hungry. i help my pass more stones. i never had any protein except for the cottage cheese.
