Re: I'm tired of Juicing. Can I buy applejuice from the store?

"After a gallbladder attack it is recommended not to have Sugar or refined sugars."

-- Plus, these juice trips are a frontal assault on the endocrine system.

I know a head nurse at an endocrinologist's office who won't even walk down the aisle of the supermarket that has the fruit juices in it. She sees what juices do to the endocrine system, and she doesn't want to be tempted.

There is so much more Sugar in fruit juice than there is in the fruit itself. For example, a small container of Odwalla might have the juice from two grapefruits in it. We can drink it in five minutes, spiking the heck out of our blood sugar, and seriously challenging our endocrine systems. Normally, we would eat only 1/2 of a grapefruit in one sitting, which is much easier on us than drinking the juice...
