I had rosecea and it is caused by parasites(leishmania Tropica), Maybe what you have is simular. Odd that it started all of a sudden, wonder if you pick something up while working out (do you work out at a public gym?). I had rosecea 3 yrs before I learned how to cured it. First I did parasite cleansing (later used a "zapper") both made it go away and Liver Cleansing kept it away for good.How many Liver Cleanses have you done? Almost sounds as if your forehead has allergic reactions which could be in part liver related. I've done 5 cleanses in a row now and will keep doing them every 2 weeks until my allergies are gone. From what you've written though it sounds simular to rosecea in that your able to irritate it. My guess would be that you picked up parasite. hope some of this helps, keep us posted.
