Re: Iodine, progesterone and constipation

Well, some people have rare conditions in which the normal effect of vitamins minerals etc have the opposite effect. In my personal case the Iodine supplement and pillow mints made from cream of tartar which is potassium both constipate me. My beaten adrenals are a part of this problem. I found I must take extra magnesium in order for normal bowel movements when taking either of these products. If you happen to have knowledge of how this can happen it would be great to know. This has been a 25 year journey each step getting better and better.
I am also one of those people who cannot Water Fast because of a phosphorus deficiency. What is the rare condition I have suffered from? Not entirely sure, especially as normal doctors have been completely clueless. All they have done for 15 years is confirm what I already knew and want to put me on meds. I am just now as of the last 2 years coming to a solution to the migraines that plagued me the last 25 years. It is a journey. Know it all comments and put downs don't help, they just make the journey harder. Thank you for understanding and good will.
