Re: Suggestions on ways to improve chelation of Thallium?
How is your naturopath testing for metals?
The only place I have read about thallium is from the old
Hulda Clark books.
some quote from the book in case you haven't read:
Mercury
Amalgam fillings, despite the assurances of the American Dental Association, are not safe. And sometimes the mercury is polluted with thallium, even more toxic than mercury!
All disposable diapers Itested had mercury and thallium! These toxins can be absorbed through babies’ skin
Stop using all commercial disposable diapers, dental floss, cotton swabs and bandages;they are polluted with mercury and thallium probably from manufacturing them in foreign countries
extremely painful legs are due to chronic thallium poisoning more than any other cause!
Thallium has another source: it is riding along as a pollutant in cotton swabs, cotton balls, commercial bandages, toothpicks, floss, gauze, sanitary napkins, tampons, disposable diapers, and paper towels. Evidently these are being sterilized with mercuric chloride which, in turn, has thallium pollution
She talks about prussian blue being a proper chelator for thallium but I have no idea if this is accurate or not.
Minerals you're taking look good. I would ditch the fish oil. Maybe stop the calcium and then retry it after a break. Mineral supplementation is pretty individual so it's better to try one mineral at a time. Maybe add in zinc.
Tyrosine might be overkill since you're already eating meat. Too much tyrosine can overdrive your thyroid system.
Add in brewer's yeast.
The so called candida diet is pretty sketchy. Long term you are going to deplete glycogen and starve your liver, and then worse and worse things happen.
Alpha lipoic acid can be really sketchy and make you a lot worse. I was on that a looong time ago and it turned out to be literally the worst thing I have ever supplemented with.
Add in extra plain old
Sea Salt if you tolerate it and take as much as you tolerate comfortably. Slow and steady saunas if tolerated to bypass the internal organs.

One of the reasons why thallium is supposedly so toxic is that it competes with potassium for uptake into the body. So probably that would be the first thing to test out, get lots of potassium in your diet or supplement it. And since your potassium is probably messed up in some way your sodium will be as well, either too high or too low.
I would also ditch dmsa completely, too many bad stories about it.
Also be suspect of vit. d supplements. Cilantro may or may not he belping you.
Up your magnesium intake for bowels. Add in any any type of fruit you can tolerate. Yeast is not the big enemy even though you might well be reactive to sugars. At the least, test out some fruits first before dismissing. You need lots of vit. c from somewhere 4x per day.
Test out saturated fats in your diet: butter, coconut, palm kernel, beef tallow.
Green clay internally as binder, start very slow ie 1/4 teaspoon per dose, then gradually increase. It does not compact in the gut like bentonite.
Maybe you could benefit from trace supplementation of lithium, just a guess. If yes then also start with low dose
Lugol Iodine and titrate up slowly.
And did they test you for Aluminum?
