Are there any side effects to coffee enemas and do you think it's okay to do if you have caffiene sensitivty?

I actually have an organic coffee here. I think I will give it a shot and start with a low dose to see how I react. If it gets parasites out that would honestly be amazing. I have some enema packages I ordered on Amazon a while ago so imagine that could be fine to use with the coffee enemas.
