coffee enemas are low risk in terms of side effects....if you are caffeine sensitive, meaning that it makes you a little jittery, then you might experience similar symptoms that will pass within an hour....but it will be worth it...The Gubarev's protocol will not have any side effects using boiled Eucalyptus leaves (strained) adding Eucalyptus oil to the enema concoction...
