So since I actually really like the taste of my urine, I would consider looping, but I wonder if there is enough evidence to suggest that drinking 100% of your urine would not be harmful to your kidneys and system. Since it does contain sodium, wouldnt that be putting too much sodium in your system? My body must be conditioned for looping since I enjoy the taste of my urine so much, but I am worried about the possible health detriments of drinking too much.
