Looks like some type(s) of parasites. Possibly pieces of flukes. Do a good general herbal parasite cleanse. Continue for at least 3 months after you have seen the last one.
Search this forum for info. There are a number of protocols. Find one you can live with and that is effective for what you have.
Don't be surprised when you discover you have other types of parasites too.
