Help! Results of coffee enema. How do I get rid of these!

I done my second coffee emema today. This is some of what came out.
I'm thinking the things at the bottom are liver flukes. I also passed something that looks kind of like shredded Celery that I think is an adult fluke. Can anyone give an opinion about what they think these are? And I desperately want to get rid of them so advice would be greatly appreciated!
