When it first happened I went on a strict diet for a month.

Was on paragone and starved myself for first few days. Than papya seeds, garlic,grapefruit seed cloves, Wormwood tea, etc that and some mild proteins was all I consumed.

I actually have still been on a diet, I don't drink beer/wine ever anymore don't eat sweets and simple carbs,eat really healthy actually. But still have the issue.

It was pretty late when i posted, I ddidnt add that I had a stool sample done by labcorp 2 months back, after the initial one where I did one sample for all three vials, but still came back negative.

The big thing for me is the yellow specks, wouldn't the cysts be microscopic? Tweet
