Re: Cotton ball with legs?

Hey, everybody!

I have almost ( i say almost just to not be too convinced) that it is candida. All my candida problems solved after I expelled the cotton balls (just a trolls thinks it is bananas, stop misleading and harming people with wrong information just because your are frustated, white shark, if you dont know what you are talk about, dont give your opinion, how many times people will have to say that werent eating bananas?). But, I have to say that even after expelling the cotton balls i was ill, very ILL! My advice is to do what i call "rebuild" (carb load, give in to cravings, whatever!), i know it is sounds crazy and was super contractory to me to eat carbs after, was almost agains my " diet religion" LOL, but after this "rebuild" and after some months all the inflammation goes away. I have to say that when you start to eat more carbs or some "bad things" you feel even worst and then sundelly after months it disapear, the inflammation keep coming and going. It is a paradox! I say paradox because when you eat good and do protocol you feel bad(herx) and when you eat bad you feel bad too! It is crazy!

How many cotton balls you would say you expelled, slate? Maybe the missing link for you is going to a super caloric diet now to be able to rebuild. As i dont know nothing about you i cant judge your situation, but that is my advice!
