Yeah, I kinda have a feeling my problem stems from many things. In the past i've lived and worked in many moldy environments, I've drank a lot of alchohol and ate a diet mostly of sugar. , oh yeah, also took many, many rounds of Antibiotics for treating lyme disease... Doesn't surprise me at all. anyway, I have not touched alchohol, Sugar for quite a bit. The vitamin E sounds like a great idea by the way. I may try that, unfortunately, I do not know how well it will work due to my hearing issue being in my inner ear, but anything is worth a shot at this point. Thanks!

Red, I believe you are totally right. I think I can get better. I remember one point last year while taking a ton of oregano oil I eventually got my hearing back for a few months.(although the ENT said that meniere's disease fluctuates and I will eventually lose my hearing, Western medicine can be so ridiculous sometimes, she also thinks that homeopthics are all placebo..)getting my hearing back was short lived but I believe There is hope. Must be a matter of staying diligent.
